Welcome to YeloBeta. These Terms of Service apply when you access yelobeta.com, purchase our products, or use our services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Store
YeloBeta operates an online toy store offering children's toys, educational toys, games, sensory toys, remote-control toys, and related products. Our store is powered by Shopify.
2. Eligibility
Customers placing orders should be legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of our website and products where appropriate.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, prices, specifications, age recommendations, and availability information. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, shade, or presentation may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturer updates, or production batches. If an exact design, color, model, or variation is important, please contact us before ordering.
4. Toy Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing the recommended age, product instructions, safety warnings, small-parts warnings, battery requirements, and adult-supervision requirements. Products containing small parts may not be suitable for very young children. Parents and guardians should use toys according to manufacturer safety instructions.
5. Prices
Prices shown on YeloBeta are generally displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time. The price applicable to an accepted order is normally the price shown when the order is placed.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may confirm an order through phone, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including when stock is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, customer information cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or delivery is unavailable to the provided address.
7. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations or orders where shown. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
8. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order may normally be cancelled before dispatch. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return and Refund Policy may apply instead.
9. Shipping
Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
11. Promotions and Free Gifts
From time to time, YeloBeta may offer discounts, coupon codes, free gifts, bundle offers, or limited-time promotions. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements and may be changed or ended where legally permitted. Free promotional gifts generally have no cash value and normally cannot be exchanged separately unless defective.
